Returns Policy
This policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions and your rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Order Cancellations
All purchases are final.
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or amend it. Orders begin processing immediately so we can dispatch as quickly as possible.
If you’re unsure before ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to offer guidance.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
3. Changed Your Mind? (Returns)
If you’ve changed your mind, you have the right to return any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return:

Contact us and let us know you’d like to return your item.
(Please include your order number for faster processing) -
Repackage your item securely in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes:

Items must be unused and in resalable condition

If returned items show signs of use or damage, we may deduct up to 50% from your refund to reflect loss in value

Refunds for items purchased with discount codes will reflect the discounted price paid
